HOW MUCH DO YOU KNOW ABOUT DC SOLAR WATER PUMP?
DC Solarwater pump is also called photovoltaic lift system. Itis mainly composed of controller, DC pumps and solar panels. Thesolar water pump system is fully automatic and does not need to be on duty. Nopower supply is required. The solar water pump system directly drives pumpwater pumping. The operation is stable, and the construction and maintenancecosts of the system are greatly reduced.
The main component features include:
1.solar panels
It is made up of several solar panels connectedin series and in parallel to absorb sunlight radiation energy and convert itinto electrical energy. It is using solar power to provide power for the entiresystem.
2.solar waterpump controller
Real-time controland adjustment of the system's operation. When the sunshine is sufficient, therated operation of the system is ensured. When the sunshine is insufficient, the minimum operating frequency is set to be satisfied. Ensure the fullapplication of solar power.solar MPPT controller was designed withover-load, over-current and high temperature protection. To protect the motor,it was matched with protector to advoid surge current when start working.
3.water pump
Water can bepumped from deep wells, rivers, lakes, etc. into a water tank or water pool ordirectly connected to irrigation or fountain systems. DC solar pumps, surfacesolar pumps, submersible pumps, solar pool pumps, and deep well pumps can allbe used.
CAN THE SPEED OF THE PUMP BE ADJUSTED?
WHAT ARE THE PROBES USED FOR AND ARE THEY NEEDED?
A: The probes are used to protect the motor from running dry. On the borehole pumps it's advised to make use of them, however, on swimming pool pumps they are not needed.

WILL A SOLAR PUMP STOP PUMPING ONCE THE TANK IS FULL?
A: Solar pumping systems utilize a controller that among other things will accept the input from a float switch in your tank which tells the pump when to start and stop. We will give you a float switch in our accessories. Some of the other functions of pump controllers are low water cut-off, lightning protection and load matching through the use of maximum power point tracking from the solar array.

HOW DO I DETERMINE THE AMOUNT OF PANELS NEEDED FOR MY SOLAR PUMP?
A: The easiest way to determine this is to add 30% on top of the pump wattage for minimum requirements and recommended would be 50%. I.e. a 500w pump requires minimum 650w and recommended 750w to operate.
When configuring and connecting solar panels, you also need to check the maximum working voltage and optimal working voltage range of the pump. The open circuit voltage of the solar panel should not exceed the maximum voltage range of the water pump. The working voltage of the solar panel is best within the optimum working voltage range of the water pump.
