Advantages
1. The built-in features of the frequency conversion system make the installation and use of deep well water pumps easy. There is no need for complicated additional configuration, and its parameters have been preset, which greatly simplifies the installation process and also facilitates subsequent management and maintenance.
2. The water pump has a soft start function, which can effectively avoid damage to the motor shaft, pump shaft, coupling and impeller during installation. When starting, the current rises steadily and the voltage is stable. This not only reduces the impact on the power grid at the moment the equipment starts, but also reduces the risk of damage to various components of the water pump due to instantaneous large currents, extending the overall service life of the equipment.
3. Through the frequency increase and speed increase of the frequency conversion system, it doubles the single-stage impeller lift of the pump (up to 25-30 meters), and the effective lift can reach more than 500 meters. In this way, the number of impellers can be reduced and the length of the pump shaft shortened in actual installation, making the water pump run more smoothly and achieving a good anti-sand blocking effect.
4. The deep well water pump’s self-stop function without water is one of its highlights. When the water in the well is drained, this function can effectively prevent the impeller from being damaged due to dry grinding, directly reducing unnecessary economic losses and maintenance troubles.
